Steps to Generate an Employee Report:
Select the type of Employee report you want to generate.
Check all the data fields you want to include in the report.
Select the date range, year, and pay cycle.
Apply filters to select the employees to include.
Choose the file format for the report (e.g., PDF, Excel).
Click the Generate report button at the bottom-right of the screen.
