Providing Probation or Contract Confirmation
Probation or contract confirmation is the process of formally updating an employee’s status in the system once they have successfully completed their probation period or when their contract is confirmed. This ensures accurate records and reflects the employee’s updated employment status.
Steps to Confirm Probation or Contract:
Go to People > Team.
Search for the employee using the search bar or filters.
Open the employee profile by clicking their name.
Click the three dots in the top-right corner and select Confirmation.
Complete the required fields:
Reason (select from dropdown)
Effective date
Employment type
(Optional) Update additional fields if needed:
Notify employee
Add notes or attachments
Click Save to confirm the changes.
