Issuing a Disciplinary Action for an Employee
A disciplinary action is a formal measure taken to address an employee’s conduct, performance, or policy violations. This process ensures that corrective actions are documented and communicated appropriately.
Steps to Issue a Disciplinary Action:
Go to People > Team.
Search for the employee using the search bar or filters.
Open the employee profile by clicking their name.
Click the three dots in the top-right corner and select Disciplinary Actions.
Complete the required fields:
Action type (select from dropdown)
Category
Date of action
Description
(Optional) Upload any related documents.
Click Save to confirm the disciplinary action.
