You will be billed depending on the subscription model you chose when onboarding—monthly or yearly.
What are the Subscription Charges
Below mentioned in table are the subscription charges for using the Humanlot platform.

The subscription charges will consist of a fixed base price of USD 39, plus a per-charge for each employee. The per-charge for each employee starts at USD 2.50.
A 10% discount is applied to the per-charge for employees if you choose to pay annually.
How will the billing for additional employees work?
Additional employees or new hires will be charged depending on whether the user (you) have subscribed to the platform annually or monthly. Written down below are how you will be invoiced based on annual or monthly subscription;
If you're paying annually and you hire new employee(s) we will send you a monthly invoice for the additional employees added to the platform. The charge will be USD 2.50 per employee
If you're paying monthly and you hire a new employee(s) the charges for those employees will be automatically included in the invoices.
The charge for each additional employee will be USD 2.50 or will depend on the initial quotation offered.
What will happen if the user (you) make a payment to Humanlot very late?
If the user is unable to and continuously misses to make a payments to Humanlot, Humanlot grants a 3 month grace period to make the payment. If the pending payments exceed the grace period of 3 months, the company will be notified, and the account will be disabled.
Will the user (you) be charged for dismissed employees?
Dismissed employees will only be charged if they are still included in the payroll. Once their final payroll is settled, they will no longer be charged through the system.
