What are Scored Attributes?

Scored attributes are specific criteria used to evaluate employee performance. They provide measurable indicators that help ensure performance reviews are accurate, fair, and consistent. Examples can include teamwork, communication skills, problem-solving ability, or punctuality.

How to Add Scored Attributes in Humanlot

Step 1: Create Scored Attributes

Go to Performance (on the left sidebar) > Scored Attributes.
Click + Add.
Enter the Name of the attribute.
Define the rating levels (add as many as needed).
Click Add to save the attribute.

Step 2: Include Scored Attributes in a Template

Go to Performance (on the left sidebar) > Template.
Enter the Name of the template.
Tick the box for Scored Attribute to include these in the template
