What is Grievance?
A grievance is a formal concern, complaint, or suggestion raised by an employee regarding workplace conditions, policies, treatment, or practices. Grievances can range from minor issues like workplace facilities to serious concerns about discrimination, harassment, safety violations, or unfair treatment. The grievance process provides employees with a structured channel to voice their concerns while giving management an opportunity to address issues before they escalate.

How employees can submit a Grievance in Humanlot
Step 1: Head to the module People > Grievance
Step 2: Choose the type of Grievance from Drop down & fill in the details
Step 3: If the employee wants to submit an anonymous grievance, make sure to toggle on the "share anonymously" button
How HR or admin can view a Grievance submission
Step 1: Head to the module Company > Grievance
Step 2: Select the grievance you want to attend to
Step 3: Click the 3 dots on the right to "view" or either "manage activity"
Step 3: Update the status of the case by clicking "manage activity" button
Step 4: You can also attach any images or PDF using the "manage activity" button for the case
Step 5: In case a case reopens, you can reopen it using the "manage activity" button
