How to Fix any Attendance related issues on the Web application.
Attendance requests refers to all attendance related issues such as:
Punch in/ Punch out errors.
Requesting for Work, Overtime, Exceptions, Breaks.
Everything related to the Attendance could be viewed from the
Attendance tab at the sidebar. When you (the user) press the attendance tab, it will show:
Requests
Tracking
Requests
The request will show you the attendance re
There, you will be able to view all the types of attendance requests.
Work, Overtime, Exceptions, Breaks.
(You can customize attendance requests as well)
Choose the Attendance type and then specify the Start Time and End Time.
If you are required to submit a document or you are required to share a reason you can add accordingly from the same tab.
Next your supervisor will be notified and once it has been processed,
You will be getting a notification that the Attendance Request has been accepted.
From the notification tab here, you will be able to view the progress of all your Attendance Requests.
And That’s how to fix your attendance!

From Tracking,
Double click the ‘time log bar’ you want fixed,
Now simply select Attendance Type.
State the Start Time and End Time.
If you are required to submit a document or reason you can from the same page.
Now your supervisor will be notified,
Once it has been approved you will get a notification from the notification tab
And That’ s how to fix your attendance!
How to Fix Attendance (Mobile App)
To Fix Attendance Mobile Application
Go to the Attendance tab seen from the icons at the bottom of the tab
Press the small plus, you will be able to view all the leaves you are eligible for.
Now simply select Attendance Type.
State the start date and End Date,
If you are required to submit a document or reason you can from the same page.
