A pay structure provides a clear overview of all basic salaries within the organization. It ensures consistency in compensation and helps maintain transparency in how employees are paid.
What is Pay Structure?
The pay structure outlines the basic salary levels for different positions, pay frequencies, and currencies used in the organization. It can also include different salary levels for the same position, depending on experience, skills, or other factors. Having a defined pay structure helps HR manage payroll effectively and ensures fairness across the organization.
