Sometimes the attendance machine might not be syncing with the platform. This issue typically occurs when the installed software is inactive or turned off. It may be caused by a power outage or an IP conflict in the local network.
To ensure that it is up and running, follow these steps:
Open the attendance software and navigate to the "device" module.
Check if there is a cross button under the "inactive" tab of the device. This indicates that it is disconnected.
Click on the device and then click the voice button.
If the device successfully connects, you will receive "Voice feedback" from the device. After that, click the save button.
