Offering benefits to employees demonstrates your investment in their wellbeing and future. Through Humanlot, you can provide health and financial benefits, or even customize your own.


Whether it's an insurance payment, an advance loan, or a pension, you can manage it all through Humanlot. In this article, we will primarily focus on setting up Pension and Leasing as benefits.


Setting up Pension

A pension is a type of retirement plan where an employer contributes to a pool of funds set aside for an employee's future benefit. The funds are invested on the employee's behalf, and the employee receives the benefits upon retirement.

Follow these steps to set up Pension

  • Navigate to the 'Benefits' module, then select 'Pension'

  • Click the 'Add' button

  • Configure the pension calculation settings to your preference

  • Ensure that it's set up as a 'Cash Benefit'

  • Fill in the remaining details as necessary

  • Add the eligible employees for the pension

  • Review the benefit details and click 'Save'


Setting up Leasing

If the employee in enrolled in a leasing scheme through the company or you have provided them with an advance salary or company loan, you can use the leasing option through benefits to manage these payments.

Follow these steps to set up and manage Leases

  • Navigate to the 'Benefits' module, then select 'Leasing'.

  • Click the 'Add' button.

  • Add the details of the Leasing Benefit

  • Select the Leasing Partner

  • Choose the interest method and define whether you can refinance

  • Select the employees who are eligible for this benefit

  • To add a lease for an employee headover to their personal profile and click the tab benefits

If an employee is enrolled in a company leasing scheme, or has been provided with a salary advance or company loan, these payments can be managed using the 'Leasing' option in the 'Benefits' module.

Here are the steps to set up and manage Leases:

  • Navigate to the 'Benefits' module and select 'Leasing'

  • Click the 'Add' button

  • Enter the details for the Leasing Benefit

  • Select the Leasing Partner

  • Choose the interest method and specify whether refinancing is possible

  • Choose the employees who are eligible for this benefit

  • Save and review the policy

  • To add a lease for a particular employee, go to their personal profile and click on the 'Benefits' tab.

  • Click the Loan and Leasing button to add the payment details

    It is important to note that you will have to contact us at support@humanlot.com if you would like to add a third party beneficiary or partner such as your insurance partner into the platform.
