Managing attendance requests involves reviewing, approving, or rejecting employee submissions related to attendance corrections, late logins, leaves, overtime, work outings, trips, meetings, breaks, work exceptions, and more.
Steps to Manage Attendance Requests:
Go to Attendance on the left sidebar, then select Requests.
Use filters to narrow requests by Pay Period, Attendance Type, Employee, and Unit.
Click on the employee’s name to view the request details.
Approve or reject the request as appropriate.
To edit a request, click the three dots next to the Approve and Reject buttons after opening the employee’s request.
